Problem

Build a Japan specific collection that feels culturally relevant and modern while maintaining function utility and clear model differentiation. Inspired by the Titleist Staff Bag.

Process

Developed the collection through diving into the Japanese market and working closely with the Japan team. Worked through mood boards, concept iteration, silhouette refinements, and material studies. Design direction was validated in inital and final design reviews.

Outcome

Delivered a coherent and cohesive collection narrative with a polished, mark right direction.
